Questions before you book
- Where does the trip start and end?
- San José. On day 2 you fly to the Osa Peninsula, and on day 11 you transfer back to San José for your flight.
- Do I need my own flash setup?
- No. The hummingbird and bat multi-flash setups are ready when you arrive. Message Lior before the trip and he'll tell you what is worth bringing.
- How big is the group?
- Six guests or fewer.
- Why late November?
- It is the turn from Costa Rica's green season to the dry season — forests still lush from the rains, with drier days starting to open up the Osa Peninsula and the highlands.
- Can I book it as a private trip?
- Yes. Lior runs this tour privately as well. Send your dates and we pass them on.
