Kenneth M. Gutiérrez is a Costa Rican naturalist and photography guide who runs night tours for frogs and snakes, birdwatching outings, and photography tours. He works highland and lowland sites across Costa Rica — from hummingbird and quetzal territory to nocturnal herping for poison frogs, tree frogs and vipers — and has also guided trips in Peru, Panama and Colombia.

I run night walks for frogs, snakes and other nocturnal wildlife, plus daytime birding and hummingbird sessions. I read animal behaviour, get guests into position for clean light and backgrounds, and coach camera settings so the encounter turns into a strong image.
