Who sets cookies

Lyferr sets its own cookies on lyferr.com. Payment runs inside lyferr.com through Tilopay, which sets the cookies it needs to process the card securely.

Lyferr (Lior Berman Fernández, Costa Rica) sets the essential cookies. With your consent, Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (the Instagram and Facebook pixel) set the analytics and marketing cookies, and their own privacy policies apply to that data. Tilopay sets the cookies it needs on the checkout to process the payment and prevent fraud.

Essential cookies

Keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice and keep what you typed in a form until it is sent. They are always on and do not follow you to other sites.

Lyferr stores these in your browser (local and session storage) rather than as cookies: lyferr:consent:v1: remembers your cookie choice. 12 months. sb-…-auth-token: keeps you signed in (Supabase, our sign-in provider). Until you sign out. lyferr:pending-leads: keeps a trip request you sent until it reaches us, so it is not lost if the connection drops. lyferr.guideApplication: keeps a guide application you saved to finish later, until you send it. lyferr:concierge-token: keeps your chat with Ask Lyferr open. Ends when you close the tab. lyferr:leads-linked: notes that your earlier requests were linked to your account. Ends when you close the tab. They are needed for the service you ask for, so they do not need your consent.

Analytics cookies

Only with your OK. They count visits and show which pages help people find and book a tour. We look at the data in aggregate.

Google Analytics 4: _ga and _ga_<id>, up to 14 months. Lyferr: lyferr.sid, a random visit ID for our own page and booking statistics, which ends when you close the tab. They use a random ID, never your name or email, and IP addresses are not stored. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Marketing cookies

Only with your OK. They measure our ads on Instagram and Google so we know which ones bring people to Lyferr.

Meta Pixel: _fbp, 90 days. Google Ads: _gcl_au and other _gcl_ cookies, 90 days. Lyferr: lyferr.attribution, the ad or campaign you arrived from, which ends when you close the tab. They tell us when someone who saw an ad later visits or books. We never use them to build profiles for other advertisers. Legal basis: your consent.

How long they last

Essential cookies last for your visit or up to 12 months. Your cookie choice is saved for 12 months, then we ask again.

Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser; the rest expire after the periods listed above. You can also delete all cookies in your browser settings at any time, and we will ask for your choice again on your next visit.

Change your choice

Open "Cookie settings" in the footer at any time. Turning a category off stops it from that moment.
